little stinker

Hi everyone.. i was going through some pictures tonight and ran across this one. Is this the picture of a little stinker or what??! This was a few weeks ago out at the barn i was trying to get Cohen to follow me to the car to leave. I turn around to put him in the car and he is running away he then climbs in the muck bucket (that i use to clean stalls...yummy right?!) so i got the camera out b/c he looked cute sitting in there. Sure enough as soon as i get it out he shoves his finger up his nose laughing! He is so silly and comes up with new ways of keeping us entertaining and laughing everyday! :)

Emmy's birthday party

Saturday we spent the day at Emmy's 7th birthday party...it was a great party and Cohen had a blast.

Once most of the kids left we let him play on the water slide he got brave and slide down with Emmy. It was pretty fast with the water at the top making it so slippery, so he didn't like it too much.
After that we discovered he could play on the back side of the slide where the latter was...and he loved that. It was so slippery he could barely stand, it was so funny i tried to video him for a little bit...




**Cohen's tooth is looking OK we didn't have to take him to the dentist. I called and they said as long as it doesn't start turning grayish than the nerves were not damaged and the tooth should be fine. So far no discoloration and it doesn't seem to be to sore...yea!! **

mothers day 2008

Happy mothers day! Hope all you mommy's had a special and wonderful day. We had a good one went to church this morning then to my parents for lunch and then to Mayfair to walk around. It was a pretty good day if you don't count my sandal (which i just bought two days ago) breaking as soon as we got to Mayfair... so i had a walk around the lake barefooted on the super hot asphalt looking like a bum! And poor little Cohen tripped and fell and hit his tooth on the corner of a chair tonight it bled pretty good and it looks like he may have knocked it back.. we are praying that he didn't and will be able to get a better look at it tomorrow. It hurt him to much tonight to mess with it I felt so bad for him.

Wow i didn't realize it had been so long since the last time i posted. Well i don't have anything too exciting to share so i guess i will just give you all an update on what we have been up to.
The last couple weekends we have been taking down the boards off the fencing at our house and are in the process of putting it up at my parents property around the barn. There is existing barb wire there now and we have been needing to get it switched out for a while now. I cannot tell you how much i hate that stuff and what a pain it is to take down! So after the boarders horse cut her leg up pretty good and i found the pony in the neighbors yard it was time to get to work! So that has been consuming allot of our time, Eric finished a big part of it last Saturday and it looks SO much better.. thank you Eric! He left Sunday for Houston with work and will be back tomorrow, yea! Cohen has started noticing that daddy's not around and every time we get home he says "Dada Dada'? So i have to keep telling him daddy will be back and he likes to talk about him flying on the airplane.. he really loves planes lately. This past Saturday Cohen's friend Breckin had his 2ND birthday party (wont be too long before we will be planning Cohen's i cant believe it!) I forgot my camera but he had a really great time it was at a park so he loved playing on the playground with all the kids. Here's a pic of the "big boys" from a few days ago Breckin came over to play for the day.


Later that day Eric's good friends planned a surprise b-day party for their sons 16th birthday. It was lots of fun and some good food as always! (thanks Dave and Lisa :) Daddy teaching Cohen how to play badminton...

We cant keep him out of the water! Here he is getting in the sprinkler at Grammy and granddads house...such a stinker!
