little gasprilla island vacation april 2010

So i know this post is a bit late.. i did start it a while back though if that means anything! I am trying to get caught up before the baby comes. Anyway back in April we took a vacation to little gasprilla island, we stayed the week and it was so very nice. the weather wasn't too hot then and the island is just so relaxing. You have to take a boat to the island there are no roads, cars, or restaurants! so pretty much you are forced to relax and do nothing but enjoy the beautiful island :)

the first few days we had some friends staying with us. Cohen really enjoyed playing with his new buddy.. and yes Sophie B came along this trip :)

we caught a ton of little pin fish off the dock.... no keepers big enough for dinner though!

I ran into a old friend from high school while we were there. Her family has a house on the island so she invited us to come fish off their dock and take a boat ride.

There were a few houses being built.. so this is how they have to get everything over to the island. Makes building a little more difficult!


there are sand "roads" all over the island so we had allot of fun driving the golf cart around checking everything out.
Yay mom and mamom came for the day! wish they could have stayed longer but we were glad they came.

We had so much fun and will be defiantly be making a trip back there next year!
